Today is Day 1 of the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games and according to Games Director Dave Castro, it will be the most difficult single day of competition in the history of the 12 year event! The first FOUR events to start off the long weekend, beginning Wednesday, include:
- 10 laps of 1,200m cycling Criterium
- 30 muscle ups for time
- CrossFit Total- 4 minutes each with a max of 3 attempts to set 1RMs of back squat, deadlift, and shoulder press
- Marathon Row… yes you read that correctly: Row 42,195m for time, 4 hour time cap and then Thursday is a rest day!

DB floor press (70/50#)
Post total number of reps and load

300/250m row
21 KB swings (32/24kg USSR)
12 deficit push ups (hands on DB, feet on 16″box)
