Check your notebooks for the “compare-to” dates for “Nancy”… it has been years since testing out this benchmark ‘girl-WOD’ so it will be interesting to see HOW MUCH (not IF, but HOW MUCH) improvement has been made over the years.
Final note for today is in reference to yesterday’s workout of the day and how it relates to last Thursday’s workout of the day. Essentially we took CrossFit benchmark WOD ‘Filthy Fifty’, split it up into two separate workouts and Supersized them (is that a McD copyrighted term?!). Take you 2 scores to create a “composite Filty Fifty Rx++”…. here’s the fun part: upcoming Saturday will run this as one single WOD! Fun fun fun
