Special WOD and Movie Night is going on today! 5pm brings us a unique kind of WOD for a weekday… and then we can kick back and relax in front of the big screen and watch the best of the best. The 5pm workout is different from the regular WOD listed below. It will be a perfectly good day for a “double” if you want to come in the morning and then back in the afternoon. OR do the 3pm WOD in the afternoon, take an hour break and then come back to hit the double feature at 5 and 6!
