Anyone thinking they might go Rx on this one today? There might be a handful of CFM athletes that will give it a try. And we have a few visitors this week who will likely give it a shot as well. But what are YOU going to do to scale or modify this one? Don’t worry about either. Don’t stay up wondering if you should show up. Don’t decide just to attend the 5pm Open Training Hour so you can make up your own (easy) WOD. Just get to a class and let us take care of it for you. You will get some necessary practice, you will get some work on a progression for improving both of these movements and you will get a good workout. See you in class.
