Movie Night on Friday July 27th... beginning with a special 5pm class that’s followed by the 6pm Screening of Froning: Fittest Man in History
Yes you can watch this alone in your bedroom on your iPhone… but come in and watch it alongside your lifting partners! You will cheer, you will cry (Maybe?), you certainly will be inspired. Bring some food/snacks (remember we ARE mid-WLC!) to eat during the documentary- we will provide some drinks.

Monday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Try to increase the load on each the 15 reps.
Post heaviest load for each lift

5 strict muscle-ups
50 double-unders
4 strict muscle-ups
40 double-unders
3 strict muscle-ups

Hang power clean 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Hang power snatch 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push jerk 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Post heaviest load for each movement

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
For time:
50 box jumps 30/24″
50 kettlebell swings 32/24kg USA
50 knees-to-elbows
50 wall-ball shots 30/20#
50 burpees
Post time and scaling
*25 minute time cap

Thursday 5pm Open Training Hour

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
21-18-15-12 reps for time of:
Squat cleans (45/30kg)
Push ups
