We hosted Reebok for a photo/video shoot at the Hut at the beginning of the CrossFit Open back in March. A number of CrossFit athletes were in attendance along with the Reebok production crew and we had a fun time staging some workouts that “played well to the camera.” Now that it is almost Games Time, some of the results of that shoot are making their way onto Reebok Instagram pages… and we will keep you updated when we see some of the work. Great to see CrossFit Malibu- AND the amazing athletes- featured in these spreads. This one is Mia Edgar of CrossFit Ocean State in Rhode Island. 10 power cleans (50/35kg)
20 push-ups
30 butterfly sit-ups
40 squats
Rest exactly three minutes between rounds.
Post 5 times and load
*30 minute time limit
