Rope Climbs today! Prepare your leg protection to prevent rope burn on your shin/ankles! Long socks, long pants, shin guards… be forewarned- those nasty burns take  a long time to heal!

Some family time at the Hut after class

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
5 rounds for time of:
2 rope climbs from seated
10 toes-to-bars
21 overhead walking lunge steps, (20/10kg plate)
Run 400 meters
Post time and scaling

Wednesday 5pm Open Training Hour
