No bones about it… this one is going to be grueling. 125 wall ball shots means it is ALMOST “Karen” (150 WB shots for time) mixed with 100 (one hundred!) pull ups. Considering the movements, this is sort of like a marathon Fran! Don’t fret- find a rhythm, click into the gear that works for you… and just plug on through. Clearly, these rounds will not (maybe never!) go unbroken. Couplets are typically filled with struggle and this one is no exception. A CrossFit Classic… this one should NOT be avoided. We will rejoice in the accomplishment, but don’t forget to revel in the work while it is going on.
