YOU MIGHT REMEMBER last Tuesday’s unique 5 round WOD with the broad jumps, super slow pull ups and max rep strict handstand push ups… This week Tuesday is also pretty unique, as well as fun! You get three separate WODs- each presented in their own 15 minute packages. So if you have trouble paying attention for a full hour-long class. or you get easily bored by a single movement, or if you simply like to do three really different types of training- all partitioned and separate- then today is your day… strength, Tabata, and an all out sprint!
Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Three Parts, not for time (unless specifically stated:)
I) Weighted Dips- 3-3-3-3-3
II) Tabata squats (20/16kg KB)
III) 500m row for time
Post results for each of the 3 parts; 3 rep load/total reps and load/new 500m row PR!
