Friday 180629 Max Reps 5 Rounds

Debby has been a member of CrossFit Malibu for YEARS… about EIGHT to be precise. She has always led an active life- as a competitive tennis player- and that energy also translates into her work life… as a stunt woman! She is strong and driven- still doing stunts in the movies- and training CrossFit to keep her fit and ready. As you know she travels often- so we will miss her over the summer as she explores the US in an Airstream with her husband RA- an Ironman triathlete many times over. She will keep in touch with us by sending pics of the various CrossFit gyms she drops in on the road and lets us know about her kettlebell wods she does in campgrounds all over the place. Have a great trip.

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
5 rounds each for max reps of:
1 minute box jumps 24/20″
1 minute wall ball shots (20/14#)
1 minute row (or bike) for cals
Rest for exactly 1 minute
Post totals for each movement
Friday 4pm Open Training Hour
 
Saturday 9:30am BIG WOD
