*This is advance notice for next Saturday, July 7th at 9:30am – the BIG WOD class doubles as the Whole Life Challenge Preliminary WOD- sign up now, HERE! We have about 10 days until the next challenge begins… And our team is gradually building participants. If you’ve never done the whole life challenge – now is the time to get involved. Make long lasting changes that will make a difference in your health as well as performance.
A reminder that we have a special offer for this whole life challenge. If you have a friend or family member who needs to lose 40 or more pounds- they will participate for free and receive two free sessions to start off their CrossFit journey! We are looking for up to three individuals that fit this category. Help change someone’s life – and help add another amazing person to our CrossFit Malibu community.

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
8 rounds, each for 1 minute of:
80/55kg thruster, 3 reps
100m row sprint
Max rep chest-to-bar pull ups
Rest exactly 2 minutes
Wednesday 5pm Specialty Class- Olympic weightlifting
