Friday 180622 Five Rounds, Max Reps

Mr Carson continues to set personal records after almost 2 years of CrossFit!

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
5 rounds for max reps of:
1 minute 35/25kg sumo deadlift high pull
1 minute 35/25kg push press
1 minute row for calories
Rest 1 minute
Post total reps for each movement and also a max total score

Friday 4pm Open Training Hour

Saturday 9:30am BIG WOD
