First day of summer and it rolls in with Grace! And besides kicking off the Malibu “Holiday” Season with 30 clean and jerks for time what other plans do you have? Suggestions:
Triathlon, camping, European backpacking, Alaskan cruise, backbone trail hiking staycation, waves and sand at Zuma/Little Dume/El Matador/Surfrider, spending weekends with local friends, adding Saturday morning BIG WODs to the training schedule, Netflix catch-up, poolside & novel reading, household landscaping and gardening, National Park visiting, running a 5km race, CrossFit Games spectating, spending time with the in-laws and other relatives, learning to stand-up paddle, going to lots of movies, exploring museums, finding new restaurants in downtown LA, sunset glass-off sessions surfing… etc. Feel free to add some excitement to the list!
