We program a Tabata interval WOD every three or four weeks- and the session programmed today is an actual CrossFit Benchmark WOD that we have run many times before. Most Tabata WODs are 4-5 movements- and at CrossFit Malibu we often give you at least one weighted activity- like a KB swing or a DB goblet squat- and sometimes something heavy like a power clean. However, today’s benchmark is all bodyweight work. Simple but not easy. And if you don’t agree… let’s have a chat during round six or seven of those push ups.
Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
