Once every few weeks we post a workout like this. Each time, there is a blogpost attached that reads something like this: It might not look fun or sexy… but this workout is VITAL for athletes seeking well-rounded fitness. It is a WOD that is easy to overlook due to its simplicity. It is one that when done solo- is virtually impossible to rival in terms of power production. Completed at the Hut, in a group session, with a partner- athletes are willing, able, and motivated to maximize the effectiveness of this stimulus; pushed to find it in themselves to dig a little deeper. Get in here and find fun within the simplicity of today!

Reminder: Deadlift and 1RM BBQ this Friday! Come lift at any regular class session on Friday. If you attend the 5pm class and/or the BBQ from 5-7pm you will be entered into a lululemon prize raffle… BONUS!! Food, heavy weights, and lululemon! Winners MUST be present to win the prizes:)

Partner ROW WOD
6 rounds for time of:
Row 1000m
Partners switch after each round of 1000m
Post 3 row times for each person AND team total finish time (running clock)

Wednesday 5pm Specialty Class- Olympic weightlifting
