Once every few weeks we post a workout like this. Each time, there is a blogpost attached that reads something like this: It might not look fun or sexy… but this workout is VITAL for athletes seeking well-rounded fitness. It is a WOD that is easy to overlook due to its simplicity. It is one that when done solo- is virtually impossible to rival in terms of power production. Completed at the Hut, in a group session, with a partner- athletes are willing, able, and motivated to maximize the effectiveness of this stimulus; pushed to find it in themselves to dig a little deeper.
