Thanks to all Murph participants who came out to the Hut on Memorial Day Monday. We had an awesome crowd come pay tribute to those who sacrificed their lives in service of the United States by completing Murph. Athletes used various methods of partitioning the work, some scaled for volume, others adjusted the movements, a few went Rx with weight vests. Hero WODs, Benchmark Girls, and any workout of the day- universal scaling to fit the intention of the training session.

And if you couldn’t make it on Monday… you know, you could always come get in Murph during open training hour!

*100 ft. single DB overhead walking lunge
