Which muscles am I using in this workout? An all too familiar question that goes on in gyms around the globe. Don’t get me wrong- there ARE prime movers that are responsible for certain lifts or tasks- but aside from using specialized machines in a gym environment, muscles rarely, if ever, work in isolation. What is NOT being used today?!
Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
