It looks a lot like Fran… in the rep scheme and as a couplet containing a barbell and a pull up. Though the Rx load is heavier and the pull up is a more difficult range of motion- it will not generate the power output that is created with Fran because the push press does not equal the same amount of vertical displacement as a thruster. (even the word “thruster” connotes a lot of power!). So it is definitely not Fran. But since it IS a shoulder to overhead it means you can use any method you like… may I suggest a push jerk!
