Thursday 180503 Front Squat, 2 Reps

Congrats to all athletes who set personal records for the month of April. Plenty of 500m row and deadlifts as well as a few clean and jerks! Cass got each one of those AND a one mile run- for a total of 4 records broken last month. Patricia and Dr Jo each broke 3 records!

Notice that today that there is some type of construction on Cross Creek Road and there are no parking signs on the entire street for all hours of the day. Please park in the Yard somewhere with dirt surface… make sure you are not blocking any container access.
