Tuesday 180501 Jump and Run

This one might seem like something you could do on your own. But let’s be serious… you’ll never do it on your own. Take 90 minutes out ofyour day (I’m  including the 15 minutes on either side of the class!) and do this one with the group. You’ll get a solid warm up, some run skills, mobility AND all the motivation you’ll need. Plus a little human interaction who are actually fun to be around.

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Four rounds for time of:
15 box jumps (36/30″)
400m run
Post time, height, and scaling

Tuesday 5pm Open Training Hour
