Our most recent one repetition maximum test for the deadlift was way back in November- more than 5 months ago. And when people ask how often we run those 1RM sessions (complete with the bbq that always accompanies)- I usually respond with: twice a year or every ax months or so. Looks like we are just about due. Treat today as if you’re tuning up for one of those tests in the near future. Get an idea of where you might be if we tested it soon.
