Our Saturday morning class is usually focused on some sort of team or partner objective. Whether it is completing a total amount of work divided equally/unequally across the group or trying to accrue a total amount of reps working together in a given time. Often there is a work-rest component which add a different, sometimes partners are putting against each other instead of working together… which as a unique dimension as well! Regardless of the movemens programmed, format of the workout, or type of team you work with- the fact that the wods are somewhat experimental in nature- makes Saturday mornings unique. And if that doesn’t sell you on trying out a session… maybe getting some food afterwards will help you make the decision! Put it on your calendar if you have t made it happen yet… OR if it’s beem a while since you’ve done a Sat 9:30am “BIG WOD.”

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
For time, complete 6-9-12-9-6 reps each of:
Barbell jump over burpees
75/50kg front squat
Chest to bar pull ups
Post time and load and any scaling
Wednesday 5pm Specialty Class- Underground Strength
