The 3 pieces of advice given to Kolby and Liz during their 9:30 AM Saturday wedding WOD were: Be traditional, put your best foot forward, and go the distance. Each bit of aforementioned unsolicited advice was paired up with a movement for the work out, here is how it went: Be “traditional” isn’t exactly what it sounds like… it goes along the lines of creating traditions that are fun and memorable for YOU. And to signify this- the groom carries the bride across the threshold on the honeymoon. For the WOD… a partner carry for 150m. Put your best foot forward in good times and in challenging situations, and for the WOD… 100 weighted box step ups. Finally- when the going gets tough- be good to each other in going the distance, you are committing to this for the long haul, and for the WOD… work/rest to complete 2,500m. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 handstand push ups
16 steps DB front rack walking lunges (50/35#)
Post number of rounds, remaining reps, and any modifications
