Monday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Three rounds for time of:
40 butterfly sit ups
20 DB shoulder to overhead (50/35#)
20 single DB overhead walking lunge (50/35#)
1 lap bear crawl (indoor “B” course)
Post time and load

Monday 5pm Specialty Session- Mobility

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
For time, complete:
800m run
60 push ups
40 toes to bar
20 front squats (70/55kg)- front ground
800m run
Post time and load

Tuesday 5pm Open Training Hour

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Three rounds, each for time of:
Run one mile
Rest exactly 5 minutes
Post EACH mile run
Compare to March 19, Feb 16, 2018 or current whiteboard PR
***bring a watch so you can time your 400 and 800m splits to manage your pace***

Wednesday 5pm Specialty Session- Underground Strength

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
8 rounds for time of:
45/30kg thruster, 8 reps
24 double unders
Post time, load and scaling

Thursday Open Training Hour

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
Row 1k for time
-then-
Weighted pull ups
3-3-3-3-3, work up to a 3RM
-then-
Row 1k for time
Post first row time, 3RM, and second row time

Friday 4pm Open Training Hour

Saturday Sessions
