Reminder that this coming Saturday’s WOD will be followed up by a screening of the newest CrossFit documentary “The Redeemed and the Dominant.” We will have some time before the start of the movie so you can go grab some food to bring back and eat while watching… then the Intramural Champs for the 2018 Open will be announced- and the reveal of the CFM Hall of Fame trophy will be given.

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
Front squat 3-3-3
Push jerk 3-3-3
Thruster 3-3-3
Post heaviest 3 rep load for each movement to chalkboard/journals/PR board?
