Friday 180330 HPCs & Burpee/Run

You might be feel a little bit “off” today without an Open WOD to practice for! We had a great 5 weeks of testing ourselves with these tough workouts- now it is back to training. Over those 5 weeks, you’ve lifted, you’ve pulled, you’ve pushed, you’ve cheered, and you’ve learned. Now is a unique opportunity for a lot of our athletes at CFM. Do you remember the one workout that was super frustrating or the movement that you didn’t think was going to be so hard?

I hope you find those moments motivating instead of discouraging. We LOVE seeing  everyone improve through the months and years- and your results show that our program provides a General Physical Preparedness (GPP) so that we can ALL get better at all things. We are all unique in the fact that our strengths and weakness, and possibly even goals, are a little different from person to person. We CFM coaches want to give you the opportunity to do little more in a one-on-one setting by offering another set of Elements Sessions designed especially to suit YOUR needs and goals- on a few of those movements you want a little extra attention for, a little homework for, or a few extra drills to do. 

For current members, it is priced like Elements classes. $270 for 3 sessions and $395 for 5 sessions. Killer deal from regular personal training rates. Why? We believe in your goals and want to give you realistic opportunities to achieve these with some focused one on one attention. We believe one on one is a GREAT way for you to adjunct your regular training at The Hut. 

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
Hang power clean
15 minutes to work up to a heavy single rep
-then-
Three rounds for time of:
21 burpees
400m run
Post clean load heaviest rep and met-con time to chalkboard/journals.

Friday 4pm Open Training Hour
