Wednesday 180314 Mini Rowing Murph

On Thursday March 15th at 6:30pm at Zuma Wellness Jason Kaufmann DC– is doing a complimentary talk called Is Your Posture Killing You? He works on a few of our athletes over at SoulSpace on Civic Center Way. In talking with him, we agreed that the focus CrossFit has on mechanics and movement will make it a very appropriate session for those of us who already move with awareness. It will be interesting to see how our understanding of sound technique in our training informs how we move in daily physical activity outside of the gym. There is a flyer on the chalkboard with more information.

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Mini Rowing Murph’s
Four rounds for time, each on the 8 minute mark of:
300/250m row
*3 sets of:
5 strict pull ups
10 push ups
15 squat on 1st and 3rd sets, step lunge on 2nd sets of each round
300/250m row
Rest for the remainder of each 8 minute time block.
