Rowing, burpees, running, assault bike, sled pushes.
Two short lists of some standard movements that show up in CrossFit workouts. One list tends to yield high attendance levels. The other tends to NOT. Have any idea which is which? Ha.
So today, instead of deciding to skip out on us… get in here and just get the work done. We rarely go for max distances with pre-determined time domains so this will be a novel experience that is sure to improve work capacity. It’s the grunt work that needs to be done to develop an engine that you can be proud of!

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm

Four rounds of:
Row 5 minutes for max distance
Rest exactly 5 minutes
Post all 4 row distance to chalkboard/journals
*we KNOW you not only can’t do this from home, but you wouldn’t even if you did have a C2 erg!
