So the 2019 CrossFit Games Open begins in 50 weeks… in about 350 days… in about 11 and a half months.
So what? So- start working on your cleans. And start doing it today! Yes we still have 3 more weeks of the Open before those who are of world-class level fitness continue into the rest of their competition season. But for the rest of us- we only need to look forward to continuing our training… so that we can add 10% to our cleans for next year when we repeat 18.2/2A… and do this, exactly, for what? Sure we will do it to train for the 2019 Open- but MAINLY for the health and fitness needed to have way better than average lives.
And the best way I can train for having a better life today- is by showing up to a class and do some power cleans and push ups…. TODAY.
