WODs for March 5th-10th 2018

New Mon/Wed Specialty classes starting this week. Mobility Mondays with Kolby and Natural Movement with Mike on Wednesdays. Keep coming to Thursday 5pm open announcements. Judges course deadline is this Thursday at 5pm if you want to earn points for your Intramural Team!

Monday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 rope climbs (from seated)
60/45kg push press, 12 reps
50 double unders
Post number of reps and rounds to chalkboard/journals

Monday 5pm Specialty Session- Mobility
Squat focus

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Four rounds for time of:
60/45kg power clean, 10 reps
20 push ups
Post time and load to chalkboard/journals

Tuesday 5pm Open Training Hour

Wednesday’s WOD at 6, 7 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
–NEW 6am meets this morning!–
Four rounds of:
Row 5 minutes for max distance
Rest exactly 5 minutes
Post all 5 row distance to chalkboard/journals
*we KNOW you not only can’t do this from home, but you wouldn’t even if you did have a C2 erg!

Wednesday 5pm Specialty Session- Natural Movement
-continuing more focused movements and progressions based on the 2 group classes taught so far

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Overhead squat
3-3-3-3-3
Post 3RM PHS to chalkboard/journals/PR board

Thursday Open Training Hour

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
CrossFit Games Open WOD 18.3

Friday 4pm Open Training Hour

Saturday OPEN BIG EVENT- CFM Intramural Competition
18.3: warm up starts at 7:30am and first heat starts at 8:05am
