Open Workout 18.2 has two parts… IF you finish the 1-10 increasing reps of DB squats and bar facing burpees (very likely you will) then you have the remainder of the 12 minute cut off time to sets a !RM clean. In the 4 WOD classes today- we will spend some time working up in load for the clean, then decide on load increments. Your burpee barbell should be set with the load for the first attempt. Set it at the heaviest load that you can confidently hit… then prepare your additional bumpers and change plates for subsequent attempts.
If you are using Friday as a warm up and strategy session- thanks in advance for hanging out to judge those athletes who are using Friday class session to do the Open WOD “for real.” Sign ups for Saturday mornings Intramural Event can be made on the chalkboard.

On a running clock, for 12 minutes complete-
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Dumbbell squats (50/35#)
Bar-facing burpees
