Thursday 180301 Natural Movement

What a month of personal records! Of course, anytime we and a whole life challenge – we certainly have a few handfuls of improvements that go up on the board.  Then we have stuff from all over the place: heavy squats, mile runs, benchmark girl work out like Isabel, and there are workouts from newer athletes to the gym Who set records on their benchmarks or their elements classes. Typically during the month of March we will repeat one of the CrossFit Games open workouts – so we’ve got that to look forward to!

For today’s natural movement sessions… Wear a lot of layers so you can peel them off as we heat up the Hut!  Other announcements for Thursday – Remember to attend the open workout announcement at 5 PM – get all of your teammates in for the live announcement.
