Get ready to fill up the PR board today as we retest the Whole Life Challenge WOD that we did almost 6 weeks ago. Even if you didn’t do it for the pre-test, it is such a good test of fitness AND a way to increase strength and conditioning- we will definitely use this to test in future months. And check out those weighted pull ups… time for a PR on those too!
New 6am class on Wednesdays begins THIS WEEK Feb 28th! Over the years we gradually alter the schedule to provide more classes where attendance warrants. IT IS TIME for another early morning class… let’s test this one out for a few months and if it gets some traction it will become a regular part of the schedule.
Notice that there have been some subtle changes to the WODs for this week. Of note- Wednesday and Thursday have been swapped, so if you intend to get in to the Hut for the Natural Movement session- then notice that all of these classes are held on Thursday of this week- which was not the original plan.
Finally- CFM Intramural Week 1 results have been tabulated with one team taking the lead… and that team is (drum roll, please):
