CrossFit Malibu is home to athletes of every ability level. Some can overhead squat more than their body weight, others are working on the same movement with a PVC pipe. Some are developing the capacity to run a mile without stopping, others have taken 3 minutes off their mile time and are now running one in under 8 minutes. There are those among us who can do strict, kipping and/or butterfly pull-ups, bar and ring muscle ups and those who are gradually decreasing the size of assistance bands to get their chins over the bar. Since joining CrossFit Malibu, some members have increased their deadlift by 100%, others are still finding a rigid-neutral spine. Some are training to make regionals, others are training to make a difference in their health. We have all kinds- and we are proud of that.
