It doesn’t matter who you are… CrossFit is good for you. People come to work with us for a variety of reasons and they come from many different backgrounds. Drastically varied training experiences, vastly differing levels of ability and fitness level, and with health statuses and injury histories that include just about ANYTHING you can think of. Of course there are also people from all genders, ages, nationalities… even some from Texas AND others from New Jersey. There are those that LOVE heavy lifting and others who learn to like it- when they see what it does for them. Some athletes actually look forward to the running WODs and others look forward to anything with ______________ (pull ups, deadlifts, rowing, turkish get ups- you fill in the blanks).  We are all built differently and respond to stimuli in our own unique ways.
