Today is a full hour session of natural movement… like it says below: a variety of crawls, jumps, hangs, and balancing activities designed to get our bodies oriented to the ground in ways that we have moved away from since we started kindergarten! While this is not a full-blown-CrossFit-WOD, it will still be plenty of work… you’ll see. Hope you can make it.
For those of you doing the 5pm specialty series dedicated to the CrossFit Games open- try and come to the 4pm or stay for the 6pm session of natural movement as well. It can be integrated as a warm up or cool down.
