How is your Whole Life Challenge/Whole 30 going? It is not unique that you might be going through (or maybe just coming out of) a period of experiencing some headaches and lethargy as you kick the sugar. Mainly expected and very common. If that does not subside in another day or so – let’s have a conversation! On the positive side of your new diet choices, you might actually be sleeping better and feeling some additional energy throughout the day. That should be happening soon if not already. Once again, if energy levels start to drop then let’s have a conversation.

And let’s add to the welcome of new CrossFit Malibu athletes with Christine- now attending group classes- sometimes with both her husband Eric and her daughter Sierra. Returning to CrossFit after a short break is Bonnie– who has spent a significant amount of time training at the infamous Valley CrossFit- home of the Valley Girls! The ones you might know by name include Kristan Clever (previous Games champ), Becca Voigt (10 tines Games competitor), Katie Hogan and Lindsey Valenzuela (Games Vets).
