Wednesday 180124 Push Press 1RM

A big welcome goes out to all of our recent CrossFit Malibu newcomers. Michelle has finished up a set of Elements classes and starts up with group classes this week, Paula did her foundational work at CrossFit LA and has been in some group classes already. Berger and Joanna are also about mid-way through their Elements training sessions. Welcome back to Sandra, Thib’s wife, who has come back to do some sessions as well.

We also want to welcome all of the Whole Life Challenge athletes who are “playing” this round from out of town. Just about half of our crew are CFM regulars and the other half are following along virtually.

3 rounds of- 3 power cleans, 6 toes to bar (60/40/25kg)
3 rounds of 4 power cleans, 8 toes to bar (65/45/30kg)
3 rounds of 5 power cleans, 10 toes to bar (70/50/35kg)
3 round of 6 power cleans, 12 toes to bar (75/55/40kg)
Post total number of reps completed to chalkboard/journals
