Monday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Four rounds for time of:
40/25kg power snatch, 20 reps
50 double unders
Post time and scaling to chalkboards

Monday 5pm Specialty Session- Olympic weightlifting
Power clean and split jerks

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Four- 3 minute rounds of:
70/50kg front squat (no rack), 10 reps
20/15 push ups
Max calorie row until the 3 minutes mark
Rest exactly 3 minutes
Post load, scaling and total calories rowed

Tuesday 5pm Open Training Hour

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Push press

For max reps in 12 minutes complete:
3 rounds of- 3 power cleans, 6 toes to bar (60/40/25kg)
3 rounds of 4 power cleans, 8 toes to bar (65/45/30kg)
3 rounds of 5 power cleans, 10 toes to bar (70/50/35kg)
3 round of 6 power cleans, 12 toes to bar (75/55/40kg)
Post total number of reps completed to chalkboard/journals

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
Three rounds for time of:
60/45kg push press, 20 reps from ground
35 pull ups
50 air squats
Post time and scaling to chalkboard and journals

Thursday 5pm Open Training Hour

Friday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 3 and 5pm
Five rounds for time of:
400m row
200m farmer carry (2×45/30#DB)
50m waiter carry R arm (45/30#DB)
50m waiter carry L arm
