Here’s what’s in store for this month’s 5pm Specialty Series: Mondays are Olympic weightlifting technique sessions and Wednesdays are reserved for CrossFit Games Open Prep- for all experience levels and abilities. The Open begins on Thursday February 22nd. CrossFit Malibu’s Intramural Team Competition will be forming soon.
