Tuesday 180109 Three Bars of Fun

One barbell, two loads, three movements, 55 reps each… how much weight can you handle, and how fast can you complete it!? That’s a brief synopsis of what’s on the docket for today’s session.

Here’s what’s in store for this month’s 5pm Specialty Series: Mondays are Olympic weightlifting technique sessions and Wednesdays are reserved for CrossFit Games Open Prep- for all experience levels and abilities. The Open begins on Thursday February 22nd. CrossFit Malibu’s Intramural Team Competition will be forming soon.

And have you heard about this Saturday’s 9am “All CrossFit Malibu Athlete Meeting”? Well that’s starting at 9am sharp… so arrive 30 minutes early for the 9:30 BIG WOD and learn more about the solution to the world’s most vexing problem!

Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Deadlift (90/55kg)
Power clean (60/35kg)
Push jerk/press (60/35kg)
Set up one bar and change loads within each round
Post time and loads to chalkboard/journal
