Wednesday 180103 OHS and 50 Cal Row

In a few weeks we begin the Whole Life Challenge! The official start date is Saturday January 20th- with a preliminary workout that morning at 8:30am. The 8 week program will guide you through some habit forming practices that lead to a healthier, fitter, more well rounded version of you. We will, once again, be encouraging the Whole 30 eating program  to run in tandem with the first 30 days of the Whole Life Challenge… we have seen incredible results paring these 2 programs together. Even better results with the Whole 30 run twice in a row (surprise surprise).

Commit to the Whole Life Challenge by signing up HERE and make a point of sending the link to a few of your friends and family so they can join our team. Need NOT be a CrossFit Malibu athlete to participate.
