Thursday 171221 “Rowing Cindy”

I cringe inside every time I hear someone exclude themselves from participation in CrossFit with a statement like “I have to get in shape before I do CrossFit” or “CrossFit is too difficult for me” or “I’m not an athlete so I won’t be able to do it.”  It is not only because I have seen SO MANY individuals take control of their health and fitness by incorporating what CrossFit has to offer on both sides of the program: diet and exercise… but because I also know what it does for people in SO MANY areas of their lives as well. From creating discipline and follow through, to demanding hard work and commitment, and providing a supportive base from which to develop more confidence and drive- participation in CrossFit changes lives in every way imaginable. Help me and our coaches to try and convey the message that CrossFit IS for everyone! And thanks to you all who make all of our newcomers feel so welcome and encouraged!

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
200m row
Post number of round and remaining reps to chalkboard/journals
