Here is an overview of the next 2 week’s schedule… plan for the end of 2017!
This week: regular schedule and then 12 Days of Christmas on Saturday at 9:30am
Next week: Closed Monday 25th for Christmas Day… then:
- Tuesday-Thursday: all morning classes regular time, 4 and 5pm WODs only
- Friday: regular morning classes, 3 and 4pm WODs only
- Saturday 9:30am BIG WOD as usual
Tuesday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm

12 toes to bar
24 jumping split lunges
Post time and load to chalkboard/journals
Tuesday 5pm Open Training Hour
Finish with either a 50 cal row or assault bike ☺
