7am triathlon team practice- swim and run only (in that order)
9:30am WOD, Event #3 of the CrossFit Liftoff (an individual WOD)
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
25 pull-ups
50 cal row
100 overhead squats (20/15kg)
50 box jumps (24/20 inches)
25 pull-ups
Post number of rounds to chalkboard
(Or at least the number of reps you actually got through 🙂
