We are open for regular hours Friday, as we honor Veterans for their service to our country. Thank you for your courage and sacrifices.
Heavy deadlifts for one rep max mean it is time for a BBQ at the Hut. We have been doing this from the beginning at CrossFit Malibu and we intend to keep the tradition. Come do the workout at any scheduled hour. If you are here earlier in the day- then don’t forget to come back and have dinner… while you cheer on those in the 5pm class as they attempt to hit their personal records for a single rep. If you can’t make it in the morning- you have 3 choices in the afternoon, including the 4pm open training hour that is now available on Fridays. Then at 5pm- of those of you who are lifting in the final session of the day- be ready for an audience! We will have some BBQers on hand to cheer you on to your new 1 rep max.
Bring something to put on the grill and a side to share. We will keep it relatively WLC/W30 compliant… as we do still have MANY athletes with one more day on the challenges!
