At the beginning of each and every month, I look back and feel a sense of pride and celebration when I post this picture- because the results come from hard work, commitment, effort, and a bit of trust. Consistently put in the time and some guts… and the results speak for themselves (work your nutrition and even more so!).

Congratulations on a whole bunch of personal records set for the month of October. That  list just kept growing and growing. Early in the month we had both Turkish Get ups and Thurster strength work that had some positive results. Later on with “Helen” and “Fran” appearing- these relatively short met-cons yielded records for some individuals that bumped over a minute off their times… and a few others shaved some seconds.

Then all over the place there were one-offs, some from individual training session athletes and others from open training hours- things like double-unders unbroken and time to 100 reps, TTB and BMUs, and some other barbell strength numbers took some kilogram jumps as well. Seth- who is now in group classes, capped off his Elements Series by cutting his baseline WOD score by about 15%- well done!

71/52kg Deadlift, 12 reps
71/52kg Hang power clean, 9 reps
71/52kg Push jerk, 6 reps
