The CrossFit Malibu Triathlon Team continues to recruit athletes and there is still 7 days to sign up and start getting prepared for the first class session on Saturday October 7th at 7:30am. If you have already signed up… look out for a few emails in your inbox regarding preparation for the first day. Begin gathering together the necessary gear that you think you might need for swim, bike, run. A detailed equipment list will be sent to you this weekend along with a comprehensive overview of what to expect… without giving away all of the exciting details! Already committed?- Great! In an email to an apprehensive prospect I said this, “5-90 minute sessions with the group, 4 additional hours on your own, and CrossFit 3 days/week. You will be ready on Dec 9th (and with some confidence too!)
Not able to join this season? How about setting aside Saturday Dec 9th to come run a 5k and then support the Point Dume Sprint Triathlon athletes! The WOD for that day will happen at Point Dume State Beach… it is- Run a 5k for time.
