Well done on WODs #1 and 4 yesterday. Today we take on WOD # 2 (which means we save WOD #3 for Saturday morning’s Big Group WOD class). Today it is a single set of work.. and if you are partnering up, it is done entirely work/rest. The interesting aspect is that you must meet certain minimum rep requirements before taking turns with your partner. And that number is 15! Yes you each must do 15 pull ups when it is your turn to work, and you each must do 15 snatches when it is your turn to work. Hopefully you have paired up equally!
Scaled version will have lighter hang power snatches and jumping chest-to-bar pull ups, beginning and ending with single under instead of doubles.
Whole 30 and Whole Life Challenge participants– what a great job so far… you are one week into the 30 days (58 for WLC!). You have likely found that the worst of the sugar cravings (withdrawals!) have mainly subsided. Now it is time to get into the habit of NOT obsessing over what we are “missing out on.” Don’t let the mind start to make deals and play games like: “when the Whole 30 is over I am going to have a huge blowout with all of those things I have missed over the past month.” Instead get into the practice of acknowledging to yourself what a healthy thing you are doing for your body. For yourself AND your family. Change the mind set.

Your order must be made on the Territory Foods website by midnight on Thursday September 28th. You can’t actually order to be picked up at the Hut just yet BUT that is coming in the next few days.
