Thursday 170921 Team Series Double WOD

The CrossFit Team Series WODs begin today… and what a way to begin! Two WODs in one hour class. There are official Rx and scaled divisions… and the WODs can be scaled and modified even MORE to accommodate experience and fitness levels. Either grab a partner OR come on in and find one at the Hut.

Take a look at the 2 workouts and think about the load you will choose for the thrusters and how you will approach breaking those reps with a partner. Get an idea for about how many calories you would row unit you would switch places with a partner and get some rest. How many toes to bar or hanging knee raises do you go for before you alternate with your partner? Those are all situations you will get to experience today in class! See you here.

Thursday’s WOD at 6, 7, 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
For time, complete 9-15-21 reps per round each of:
Synchronized thrusters 43/29kg Rx, 29/20kg scaled
Synchronized bar facing burpees
Post time to chalkboard/journals and Team Series Leaderboard- WOD 1
*synchronize movement time in bottom of squat and lying on ground

For time, in work/rest style, team completes:
100 calories on a C2 rower (alternate as needed, minimum total work of 20 cal per athlete)
100 toes to bar, (alternate as needed, minimum work of 20 reps per athlete)
-scaled as hanging knee raises
