Wednesday 170920 3 Parts, Part II

Day 2 of a 3 Part workout. Today we start with gymnastics skill work/practice. Next we entertain a 500m row personal record. We work through a few  pieces of rowing distances with some focus on technique and pacing to utilize on the 500m piece. Then we finish with a single endurance set of 10 minutes max distance… on either the rower or bike.

Tonight at 5pm we find out the Team Series workouts that we will be doing on Th, Fri and Sat this week in our regularly scheduled classes. Again- you can find a partner or you can pair up in any WOD classes on those days. These are partner workouts- just like we run on Saturday mornings. If you don’t know anything about the “event” read

Wednesday’s WOD at 7 and 9am and again at 4 and 6pm
3 Parts
Handstand/handstand push up
15 minutes of skill work and practice
500m row for PR
Post time to PR board
10 minutes as far as possible on bike, rower, or 1 mile run plus max rep double unders
Post distances to chalkboard/journals

Wednesday Olympic weightlifting 5pm specialty series
Technique and strength work
